Okay, I know it sounds like carb overload, but you can’t knock it until you try it! We experimented with it a few weeks ago and it was a hit! If you want to experiment with something new tonight, here’s all you need:
Boil potatoes and garlic in chicken broth. Add water, if necessary, to cover potatoes. Boil 20-30 minutes. Drain. Add butter, cream, salt, and pepper. Mash or whip till creamy.
Spread over rolled pizza dough (I don’t make my own because I can get it fresh at the local bakery). Top with cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives. Bake at 450F for 20-30 minutes.
