I was first introduced to nutella on one of my overseas adventures. I can’t remember where exactly, but I do remember it was love at first sight. It became one of those treats that we only purchased overseas. Still, to this day, I have not bought nutella in the states. I don’t know why, but I just haven’t. I came across this nutella recipe from Beyond The Plate, and knew I had to try it. The initial cost was a little steep seeing as how I don’t keep cocoa nibs or hazelnut oil in my house (but now I already have the ingredients to make my next batch). The rich dark chocolate taste is amazing. My kids aren’t in love with it, but the adults in this house are.
