I think teal is my new favorite color. I’ve been drawn to it lately. The other day I went to the second hand shop here in White River. My favorite piece in the whole place was a teal wardrobe. It was amazing in all of it’s shabby chic glory.

As I set out to discover the teal in my own home, I realized there wasn’t much. That will change soon. Basically I found all the teal in my house and took photos of it. After the massive fire we had on Friday, a little pop of teal among the charred trees offered just a little beauty.
The only other hints of teal I found were my ironing board cover and my cell phone case. Not much but I’ll take it.
So here’s the lowdown…
1. September’s color is TEAL!
2. Take TEAL. Interpret it how you want using whatever medium you want.
3. Write a blog post about it.

September 5, 2012 at 11:34 amI have a big smile on my face, Jen. Aside from loving that color myself, my new little granddaughter's middle name is Teal (not for the color, but for the duck… her dad is one avid duck hunter and she was due on opening day of teal season… hee hee). She made it for dove season though! 😉 blessings ~ tanna
