We eat oatmeal most mornings for breakfast. There’s rarely any leftover, but recently I made a little extra just so I could make Soule Mama’s Oatmeal Muffins for tea time. I added some chocolate chips, and they were so yummy! The only thing I did different was use 100% wholewheat flour. They turned out terrific!
