fall in kentucky

sun through the trees

On our drive from Connecticut to Texas, we stopped over in Kentucky to see friends. The Blue Grass state upped my “states I’ve been to” list to 36!

We took a day to drive to Wilmore and visit Asbury where Jeremy’s dad went to seminary. The campus was beautiful, especially the amazing YELLOW!

It was definitely photo worthy although Miss Emma wasn’t really in the mood. My climbing boy was loving those HUGE trees, so it was fun snapping him in his element.

How do you like all that yellow??

I nested in East Texas because it was most similar to Kentucky (lived there from 3rd grade through 9th). It is a beautiful place. Hope you and Amanda are coming up with a plan! 😉 blessings ~ tanna
