Oh, about a couple of weeks ago (I think, anyways, I can’t quite keep track of days right now), we spent a lovely five days tucked away in a cozy cabin in the East Texas woods. I absolutely loved it. No internet, no TV service, peace and quiet, it was pure bliss. I was even able to actually do school with the kids!

Beautiful sunsets, leaf piles, outdoor exploring, creating habitats, it was a much needed time of family. I really treasure those times to get away from the busyness and stress of it all to just be. Yesterday I actually considered deleting my entire inbox of emails. Maybe I need to go back to the East Texas woods and be some more. 🙂

Looks like a little heaven on earth, glad you had that time and wish more of those for you and your family. It's hard to know how to handle all that can come our way sometimes, hope you find yourself a way out of the email overload!
