Sometimes, when I think about it ahead of time, I like to go big. I had this bright idea to do a scavenger hunt for the older kids on our campus, instead of an Easter egg hunt. Joshua has recently been reading about cipher coding, so we incorporated some of that into the hunt. So fun! I had them running all over our campus. Nothing like getting them totally tired out.
While all that fun was going on, the younger crew found candy that the older kids hid. Check out their awesome leather bags. Thank you, Mimi! Those were perfect for kids on an adventure.
Easter dinner…traditional? No. Yummy? Yes.
And of course, you always need the sibling photo. At least they decided to embrace it with personality rather than complain about mom’s constant request for a photo.
Hope you had a lovely Easter!
