in the studio :: 12 year old photography

Welcome to In The Studio, a place to show off your studio and meet some great artists! Earlier this week Joshua and I managed to take his 12 year old photos. I’ve learned over the years not to make this a stressful ordeal but a fun, simple time with me and him. We walk around our campus and find the best spots for the time of day. He makes suggestions. I try some things. It works beautifully, and no one seems to be frustrated in the end.

Below are the ones that he liked. I like them, too, but to be respectful of him and the fact that he’s starting to care what photos of him are posted for all to see, I opted to only share the approved ones. 🙂 Ah, this boy of mine is growing up.
