I highly suggest this easy to read book on relating cross culturally. I have traveled to about 15 nations and yet this book opened to my eyes to many things. Even if you don’t travel much, I highly suggest it. Chances are you work with someone from another culture and reading this will help bring understanding to the deep ingrained ways people operate.
