I saw this idea on crayola and thought it was so cute and easy! Gather all your broken crayons (you can break them into smaller pieces if you wish), put them in a glass jar, and then melt them – either by setting them outside on a hot day or sticking them in the oven on a very low temp. If you do the oven, I would suggest watching them because if they melt too much (like mine did) they will turn into a brown blob of color instead of a vibrant swirl. I think this would be an excellent idea for a homemade gift with a little plant inside!
