about 3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine (I would suggest either a cooking wine or a dry wine)
Mix all together and cook on low for about 10 hours. You could probably even use chicken on the bone. I have not tried it but I’m sure the bones would give it extra flavor! Serve over rice for a great, quick meal!
