At the evo ’11 Bush’s Beans sponsored dinner, they served pinto bean pie for dessert. After making black bean brownies, I was eager to try another bean dessert. It was delicious! It tasted just like pecan pie. I looked up the recipe on the Bush’s Beans recipe site and made a pie. It did not disappoint! If you like pecan pie, you’ll love this. And why not get a little more protein in your dessert?
