Pumpkin is definitely on the brain right now! After carving pumpkins, visiting the pumpkin patch, and freezing 7 cups of fresh pumpkin and toasting the seeds, I can see why. The other night, when temps dropped and it actually felt like fall, I made some pumpkin bread for an after dinner treat. It was highly enjoyed by all. I know that because only a sliver was left. 🙂
