Kentucky felt like a long time ago, but I still have a few more photos from the trip to show you. On a beautiful Sunday afternoon, we went to Natural Bridge, a place I highly recommend if you’re near Lexington.

We didn’t really pack hiking attire when we left S. Africa, but our matching Converse seemed to suffice. There’s nothing like a good (even if it’s short) hike to get some exercise and fresh air in your lungs.
It’s even better done with friends and family. 🙂 It was so great seeing our friends, Jake and Erica. Thank you, guys for such a lovely time!
Jeremy realized the other day that, in the past 6 months, we’ve visited all the cities of our births…Dallas, Tyler, Lexington, and Cheshire. How cool is that!

December 5, 2012 at 2:07 amVery cool! Our birthplaces aren't so exciting: Houston, Dallas, & Waxahachie (x 2). What a beautiful place in Kentucky!

December 5, 2012 at 5:24 pmI clicked on your google+ and saw the natural bridge post so I had to check it out. I have seen your comments on {amy]s blog. You are so cute and how crazy is it that I just had a baby in Lexington (and we had one in Duncanville and Waxahachie btw) and my husbands name is also Jeremy. Then again, from the looks of it you guys seem to travel all over the place so our paths are bound to cross some.
