This book is perfect for kids aged 1-5 although, as you might notice, 8 year olds might enjoy acting it out as it’s read aloud. It’s beautifully illustrated, and I love how it focuses on thankfulness. For a sampling of the book, visit here.

March 19, 2013 at 2:44 pmWe have in the past – including candy & a couple of "spring" toys – things like bubbles, frisbees, sidewalk chalk, etc…
This will be our first year of not doing the baskets although they'll get plenty of treats in their egg hunt…

March 20, 2013 at 5:47 pmYes, we do Easter baskets. We do some candy, but allergies to chocolate and peanuts limit the selections. So we do non-candy items, too.
