I think it’s safe to say that every parent has experienced difficult moments when it comes to kids and discipline, and yet, it’s one of those ever so sensitive topics to talk about, because the way we discipline our kids is so personal. Join me over at Faith Gateway as I talk about not how to discipline your kids, but the three questions I stop to ask myself before I react. We need each in this parenting journey, wouldn’t you agree?

February 19, 2014 at 1:19 pmI just finished a fabulous book on discipline, entitled Discipline that Lasts a Lifetime by Dr Ray Guarendi. He is a clinical psychologist, father of 10 kids, and writes with a sense of humour. 🙂 The book goes all the way from toddler issues through the teenage years, and although I was a mostly calm and mostly consistent disciplinarian already, now I feel much more confident as well!
