in the studio :: graffiti photography

Welcome to In The Studio, a place to show off your studio and meet some great artists! Y’all, I’m am so sorry! We have been traveling all over the place this week. We got home this morning at almost 1 AM. I slipped into bed and slept in until 10:30 this morning. As I woke up, I panicked as I remembered I hadn’t written this post! To give you an idea of just how crazy this week has been, Emma Grace asked me this morning, “So where are we driving to today?” That pretty much sums it up, folks.

One of our destinations this week was Austin, TX. If you’ve never been to Austin, you’re missing out. The food scene is amazing. The creativity is everywhere. Did you know it’s the live music capital of the world?? It’s a great place to visit.

My budding photographer just got his own camera and was intent on finding a graffiti wall to practice his photographer’s eye. Seriously, who’s kid is this?? Not only did we find a graffiti wall but a whole graffiti park. Hope Outdoor Gallery totally delivered. I took the opportunity to do a little photo shoot in the midst of all the colorful art. So fun.

Our travel adventures continue for another almost 2 months. Who knows what other interesting photo shoots you might find next. 🙂
